Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked with Remington’s address, and “300 WIN MAG 5R 1:10”. The left side of the receiver is marked with the serial number, a QR code, and “Remington / MODEL 700”. The right side of the receiver is marked “POLICE”. The left side of the bottom metal is marked “R CUSTOM SHOP”.
Barrel Length: 24″; 5R Rifling, 1:10″ Twist.
Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights. The top of the receiver is mounted with a one-piece picatinny rail for optics.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one-piece synthetic stock, with a capped semi-pistol grip with textured grip panels, fluted straight comb with cheekpiece, black rubber Remington buttpad, a forend with textured grip panels, and sling studs front and rear. The LOP measures 13 1/4″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The stock shows light storage wear, with only a few very minor surface-level imperfections from being stored in a box. The grip panels have well defined texturing, and the stock fits tightly to the barreled action, with no play. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the stock rates in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its original metal finish. The balance of the finish shows no notable wear. The finish is intact throughout. The markings are clear and legible. The screw heads are sharp. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly, as does the safety. We did not fire this rifle, but we did perform a mechanic’s check. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with the picatinny rail as mentioned above, as well as an included build sheet.

This rifle is in Excellent condition overall, retaining about 99% of its original matte blue finish with only minimal storage marks. The synthetic stock remains in Excellent condition with only a few minor surface imperfections from storage, strong grip texturing, and no chips or cracks. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and no erosion, rating 10/10, while the action and safety function correctly. Included are a Fine to Excellent condition 5-round AICS-pattern metal magazine, the installed Picatinny optics rail, and the original Remington Custom Shop build sheet documenting its 2023 manufacture, making this an especially desirable rifle for precision shooters and collectors of modern Remington Custom Shop firearms.
