Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade dovetailed into the barrel. The sight has been painted green. The rear sight is a folding carbine style ladder sight dovetailed into the barrel. The upper tang is drilled and tapped for a peep sight.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is two piece smooth walnut, capped full length forend, one barrel band, straight grip, straight comb, with smooth steel carbine style buttplate. The LOP is 13″ from trigger to buttplate. There are some scratches and compression dents throughout. The forend is slightly loose. There is some light staining on the wrist. There is a tiny chip at the end of the forend. There are no cracks. Overall this stock is in Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright. The rifling is sharp. There is no erosion. There is some lead fouling in the bore. In this writer’s opinion this bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 95% of its original finish. There is light handling and operational wear. There are light scratches. There are some light corrosion freckles. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall this rifle is in Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: This Cimarron-imported Uberti Model 1876 Centennial Carbine is a modern reproduction of Winchester’s large-frame toggle-link lever action, chambered in the classic .45-75 W.C.F. cartridge. Manufactured in 2009, this example follows the North-West Mounted Police-style carbine configuration with a 22″ barrel, tubular magazine, full-length capped forend, single barrel band, straight-grip walnut stock, and smooth steel carbine buttplate. The folding carbine ladder rear sight and tang drilled and tapped for a peep sight provide period-style sighting options, while the green-painted front blade is a practical but non-original visibility enhancement.
Condition is Very Good overall, with the rifle retaining about 95% of its original blued finish. The metal shows light handling and operational wear with a few light scratches, but the screw heads remain sharp and the markings are clear. The smooth walnut stock set is also in Very Good condition, showing scattered scratches and compression dents, light staining at the wrist, a slightly loose forend, and a tiny chip at the end of the forend. There are no cracks, and the wood remains solid and attractive with only minor use-related wear.
The bore is bright with sharp rifling, no erosion, and some lead fouling, rating 9/10 in this writer’s opinion. Mechanically, the action functions correctly, though the rifle has not been test fired. As with any used firearm, a thorough cleaning and inspection are advisable before use. Overall, this is an appealing Uberti 1876 Centennial Carbine in the desirable .45-75 W.C.F. chambering, offering strong bore condition, high remaining finish, classic NWMP-style presentation, and good shooter or collector appeal, with only minor handling wear, the painted front sight, and slight forend looseness keeping it from a higher condition grade.
