Sights / Optics: There is no provision for iron sights. There is a Leupold VX-6 HD 2-12x42mm scope installed. We cannot guarantee optics.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one piece HS Precision fiberglass, glass bedded, Oberndorf bottom metal, semi pistol grip, straight comb with cheekpiece, and rubber recoil pad. The LOP is 13 1/2″ from trigger to recoil pad. This stock is drilled for sling studs but none are installed. There are scratches and light handling wear. There are two velcro dots on the left side of the stock. There are no chips or cracks. Overall this stock is in Very Good condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: The Custom Remington 700 in 9.3x62mm is a purposeful big-game bolt-action rifle built on Remington’s proven Model 700 platform. Chambered in the respected 9.3x62mm cartridge, it offers substantial authority for large and heavy game while retaining the handling and feeding characteristics of a standard-length bolt-action sporting rifle. This example is fitted with a 24” medium-heavy contour barrel of unknown manufacture, an H.S. Precision fiberglass stock, Oberndorf-style bottom metal, and a Leupold VX-6HD 2-12x42mm scope, though the optic itself is not guaranteed.
This rifle retains about 97% of its current matte blued refinish and presents in Very Good overall condition. The metal shows light scratches along with normal handling and operational wear, but the screw heads remain sharp and the markings are clear. The bore is a strong feature, remaining bright with sharp rifling, no erosion, and only light fouling; in this writer’s opinion, it rates 9.5/10. Mechanically, the action functions correctly, though the rifle has not been test fired, and as with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be desired before regular use.

Taken together, this is a well-configured custom Remington 700 in a serious hunting chambering, offering a strong bore, quality stock, practical optics setup, and durable finish, making it a solid choice for the hunter seeking a capable 9.3x62mm sporting rifle with modern custom features.
