Stock Configuration & Condition: This rifle has a 3-piece M4 carbine polymer set with an oval carbine handguard, Overall the furniture rates in Excellent condition. The bottom of the gas block has a bayonet lug.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9.75/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its metal finish. There are light scratches and handling marks throughout. The action has faint wear from use. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: The Colt CR6920 is widely regarded as one of the closest commercial counterparts to the U.S. military M4 Carbine available to civilian shooters. Manufactured by Colt, the company most closely associated with the military M4 and M16 family of rifles, the CR6920 incorporates many of the same design features, dimensions, and operating characteristics that made the M4 one of the most successful military rifle platforms ever fielded. Chambered in 5.56 NATO and utilizing Eugene Stoner’s proven direct impingement operating system, the CR6920 has long been considered a benchmark among factory-produced AR-15 rifles. This example remains in excellent overall condition, retaining approximately 98% of its original finish with only minor handling wear visible throughout. The bore remains exceptional, showing bright surfaces and sharp rifling with no visible erosion, supporting its outstanding 9.75 out of 10 rating. The rifle retains desirable Colt-marked components including the MPC-marked bolt and 1:7 twist NATO-spec barrel. Particularly noteworthy is the included Trijicon ACOG TA31 4×32 optic equipped with a killflash, one of the most respected fixed-power combat optics ever produced and a significant enhancement to the overall package.
