Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights. The top of the receiver is mounted with a Leupold VX-6 3-18×44 scope, with the Firedot Illuminated Boone & Crockett reticle. We could not verify the functionality of the illuminated reticle, as there was no battery in the scope. The glass in the scope is clear. The scope shows light wear, with a few light scratches in the scope’s finish, and a ding on the zoom dial. Overall, the scope rates in Very Good condition. The scope is mounted to the receiver by a one-piece base, and sits in 30mm QD rings.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one-piece McMillan A5 composite stock, with a marble finish in black, gray and green colors. The stock features a textured pistol grip with palm swells, straight comb, bag cut-out, black rubber McMillan buttpad, a textured wide target forend with dual sling studs, and a sling stud in the belly. There is a black nylon sling attached to the stock, as well as a bipod attached to the forend. The LOP measures 13 5/8″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The stock shows light handling wear, and one small chip on the front of the comb. Otherwise, the stock’s finish is intact. The texturing is well defined. The stock fits tightly to the barreled action, with no play, and the barrel is free-floating. There are no structurally compromising chips or cracks. Overall, the stock rates in Very Good to Fine condition

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 95% of its original metal finish. The balance of the finish shows light wear, with light scratches and dings scattered throughout the metal surfaces, most notably on the barrel, bolt knob, and trigger guard. The action shows light to moderate operational wear. The markings are clear and legible. The screw heads are sharp. Overall, this rifle rates in Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly, as does the safety. The trigger has a light, crisp, and clean break. We did not fire this rifle, but we did perform a mechanic’s check. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
