Barrel Length: 28″
Choke: The barrels are threaded for Remington pro bore chokes, currently installed Light Modified over Improved Cylinder. Also includes Skeet, Modified, and Full. 5 chokes total.
Sights / Optics: The top of the checkered vent rib has a white bead in a base at the front of the rib and a smaller metal mid-bead.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture set is a two piece checkered walnut with a Schnabel forend and a semi-pistol grip stock with fluted straight comb, and rubber butt pad. The current length of pull is 14.25″. The drop at comb is 1.5″ and the drop at heel is 2.5″. The stock has a slight right handed cast. The shotgun weighs 6lbs 11oz. The wood shows surface level lines and scattered light compressions. There are no chips or cracks in the wood. The butt pad is still semi pliable and shows minor rub wear. Overall the stock set is in about Very Good+-Excellent condition.
Type of Finish: Blue, case color, and gold toned.
Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The bores are very bright and there is no pitting or erosion present. The bores show very minor plastic fouling and barely visible lines from use. In this writer’s opinion the bores rate 9.75/10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. The finish shows some scattered very minor marks. There is some rub wear on the barrel set from the forend that is concealed when assembled. The monobloc and inside of the receiver shows some very minor rub wear. There is a small rub mark on the right side of the rib. The breach face is very clean showing one rub mark. The action is smooth. The screw heads are sharp and the markings are clear. Overall this shotgun is in about Very Good+-Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The trigger is mechanically operated. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This shotgun includes a lockable Remington case, owner’s manual, snap caps, choke case, choke wrench and the five chokes.
