Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a three-piece walnut set with a cheek piece, thumb hole pistol grip, and finger grooved flat forend. There are scratches, pressure dents, and small chips throughout the varnish. There are no cracks. The LOP measures 13.75″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. Overall, the stocks rate in Very Good + condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore but there is some light stubborn fouling. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9.75/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its original metal finish. There are light handling marks throughout. The action has faint wear. The markings are clear and legible. The screw heads are sharp. Overall, this rifle rates in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle, but we did perform a mechanic’s check. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
