Markings: The left side of the upper barrel is marked “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. / MADE IN JAPAN / MIROKU”. The left side of the barrel lug is marked “INVECTOR PLUS”, “28””, “15488”. The right of the top barrel is marked “INVECTOR PLUS CITORI SPECIAL STEEL 20GA-2 3/4″”. The inside of the forend iron is marked “15488” and the inside of the forend is stamped “BA 15488”. The top tang, under the lever, is marked with the serial number. The bottom of both sides of the receiver are marked “XS”. The bottom of the trigger guard has a Browning Buckmark.
Barrel Length: 28″ ported with wide floating rib.
Choke: The shotgun is threaded for Invector Plus chokes currently installed with Improved Cylinder Over Skeet.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a white bead fixed at the front of the rib. There is a smaller white mid-bead. The top of the rib is serrated for reducing glare.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture set is a two piece checkered walnut with Schnabel forend and semi-pistol grip, fluted, straight comb stock with rubber butt pad. The length of pull is adjustable at the trigger and is currently set to 14 5/8ths”, the drop at comb is 1.5″ and the drop at heel is 2″. There is a slight right handed cast. The shotgun weighs about 7lbs. The butt pad shows some minor rub wear. The wood shows some surface level lines, small compressions and a few scratches scattered throughout. There is a small chip from the leading edge of the pommel. The right flank of the stock shows a series of notable compressions. There are no cracks. Overall the furniture is in Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bores are mirror bright with no erosion. There is no visible plastic fouling or lines from use. In this writer’s opinion the bores rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is some rub wear on the rear of the barrels and on the side of the monobloc. The breach face shows only barely visible wear. The barrels show some barely visible wear on the sides from the forend that is concealed when assembled. The bottom of the monobloc shows some surface level lines. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear and the pins are clean. Overall, this gun rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The shotgun features a single selective trigger and ejectors. The barrels lock up solidly. The safety does not engage automatically when the action is opened but does function properly when engaged manually. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
