Barrel Length: 19.5″ with muzzle device.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a hooded post fixed to the gas block. The rear sight is a two position flip up peep sight fixed to the dust cover. There is a pair of tritium flip-up night sights. The Tritium is dead.
Stock Configuration & Condition: This rifle has a three piece furniture set with a steel right-side folding tubular stock, polymer pistol grip, and serrated handguard. There is little to no wear. There are a couple of light scratches. There are no chips or cracks. Overall the stock set rates in Very Good Condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. There is light fouling in the bore. In my opinion the bore rates 9 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows light handling wear. There is operation wear. There are light scratches throughout. The markings are clear. The screw heads and rivets are in good condition. Overall, this rifle rates in about Very Good Plus condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: The IMI Galil Model 392, imported by Action Arms, represents one of the most desirable civilian variants of the Israeli Galil rifle series. Developed in the late 1960s and 1970s by Israel Military Industries, the Galil was based on the Kalashnikov operating system but refined with improved ergonomics, enhanced durability, and compatibility with Western optics and accessories. The Model 392, often associated with the ARM configuration, was chambered in .308 Winchester for export and civilian markets, offering the power of a full size rifle cartridge in a robust, battle proven platform. Pre-ban imports such as this example are particularly sought after due to their original configuration and limited availability.
This example retains about 98 percent of its original enamel over parkerized finish with only light handling and operational wear along with minor scattered scratches. The folding tubular stock and polymer furniture set show minimal use with only faint marks and remain in Very Good condition overall. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and light fouling present, rating 9 out of 10 in this writer’s opinion.
