Sights / Optics: The rifle has a 5″ picatinny rail carrying a SWFA SS 10×42 scope with adjustable parallax, MRAD adjustable turrets, and mil-dot reticle. The light transmission is good, the sight picture is clear and the turrets adjust with positive clicks. Overall the scope is in Very Good condition although it is not properly torque sequenced to the Vortex rings.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The rifle has a forward mounted bi-pod, an AR15 pattern ERGO rubberized pistol grip and an AR buffer tube style stock with large rubber butt pad. The furniture shows mild wear from use with discoloration from dust. The butt pad is soft and pliable. The bi-pod functions correctly over all the set is in Good+-Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. The muzzle brake and bore show minor fouling. The face of the cap shows some verdigris from use. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: The rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The rifle shows some minor handling and surface level lines with no notable marks or wear. There is minor discoloration in the finish from age and use. Overall this rifle is in Very Good+ condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

This example features a 29.5″ barrel and the RN-50’s distinctive threaded breech system, where the entire rear cap unscrews to allow direct chamber access. This design eliminates traditional bolt assemblies, resulting in fewer moving parts, and a surprisingly straightforward manual of arms for a .50 BMG platform.
The rifle is equipped with a massive four-chamber muzzle brake that dramatically reduces recoil and muzzle rise, making the RN-50 far more manageable than its size and caliber would suggest. A heavy-duty bipod provides a stable shooting platform, essential for precision and comfort when firing such a powerful cartridge. Topping the rifle is a SWFA 10×42 scope, a fixed-power optic well regarded for its durability and repeatable adjustments.
