Our Assessment:
The Elvis Presley Western Tribute Revolver was released in 2002 by America Remembers under official authorization from Elvis Presley Enterprises to honor “The King’s” western film legacy. Built on a Colt Cowboy Single Action platform, this revolver combines the timeless Old West lines of Colt’s frontier revolvers with the lavish, golden persona synonymous with Elvis. Each example was hand-decorated in 24-karat gold and limited to only 300 units, making it one of the most exclusive modern commemoratives issued by Colt in partnership with America Remembers.
The revolver’s ornate engraving pays homage to Presley’s celebrated Western roles in films such as Love Me Tender, Flaming Star, and Charro!—each evoking the spirit of the frontier and the charisma that made Elvis a global icon. The “TCB” logo and signature are tastefully integrated into the design, marrying the showmanship of rock ’n’ roll with the rugged romanticism of the American West.
This example, number 124 of 300, remains in immaculate, unfired condition, complete with its full suite of factory accessories and documentation. For the serious Elvis Presley collector, Colt enthusiast, or commemorative arms aficionado, it represents the pinnacle of crossover Americana—where music, cinema, and firearm artistry converge in one shining piece of history that not only tells a story but can still “Take Care Of Business”.
