Sights / Optics: The sights are Siglite night sights with a white dot tritium lamp insert front sight and a two yellow tritium lamp square notch rear sight. The rear sight is part of a plate that is removable so you can mount an optic. Optics ready slide. The tritium lamps glow in low light conditions.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grip is textured polymer integral to the frame. The front of the frame has a Sig Rail. Ambi Manual Safety and slide release. The frame shows light handling with some surface level lines and light rub marks. The Mag well shows some light rub wear. Overall the frame is in Very Good+ condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: This pistol includes one 17rd magazine and two 21rd magazines with textured extended baseplate all in Excellent-Like New condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. There is some minor fouling present in the grooves. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9.5/10.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows some light operation wear with surface level lines on the slide and rub wear on the breach face. There is some very minor wear on sides of the slide that has resulted in minor discoloration of the finish. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about Very Good+ condition.
Mechanics: The action functions properly. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
