Sights / Optics: The sights are open iron sights. The front sight is an orange fiber optic blade dovetailed to the slide. The rear sight is a blacked out fully adjustable serrated square notch dovetailed to the slide.  

Stock Configuration & Condition: This pistol includes two grip sets. The installed grip is a one piece wrap around polymer checkered and textured grip screw set to the frame. The grips show no notable marks or marrs. The additional set is a two piece polymer textured grip set. Both grips show no notable marks or marrs. Overall the grips are in Excellent condition.   

Magazine Quantity & Condition: This pistol includes two 15 round Beretta Magazines in Like New condition. 

Type of Finish:  High lubricity, extremely durable Nistan finish on the frame and the slide.

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. The feed ramp is smooth and shiny. If this pistol was fired outside of factory testing it was very little. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10. 

Overall Condition: This pistol is in Like New in Box Condition with minor wear on the barrel from where the front of the open slide sits on the barrel.  

Mechanics:  The action functions correctly. This Beretta features a frame mounted non decocking manual safety. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.  

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol includes the Two magazines, Cable lock with keys, manual, paperwork, tools, extra grips, speedloader, and its original lockable factory case.  

Our Assessment: The Beretta 92X Performance is a modern iteration of the classic Beretta 92 series, designed to meet the needs of competitive shooters and enthusiasts who demand precision, reliability, and versatility. This model combines the legendary reliability of the 92 series with enhancements tailored for competitive shooting and personal defense. The 92X Performance features a steel frame and slide, giving it a robust and durable build. This all-metal construction adds weight to the pistol, which helps to mitigate recoil and improve control during rapid fire. The trigger mechanism in the 92X Performance is another highlight. It features a skeletonized hammer and an Extreme-S trigger mechanism, which provides a lighter, smoother, and crisper trigger pull. In summary, the Beretta 92X Performance is a high-performance pistol that brings modern enhancements to the classic Beretta 92 design and this writer can say for certain this is one of the best DA/SA triggers Beretta has ever put in a pistol.
