Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade in-line dovetailed and screw-set to the front of the barrel shroud assembly, one additional front sight blade is included. The rear sight is a square notch adjustable for windage and elevation in a base mounted to the rear of the frame, two additional sight notch leaves are included. The top of the frame is grooved with rings holding an Ultra Dot Gen 1 red dot sight which functions properly.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The is a one-piece textured, contoured wood target grip with thumb-shelf, palm-swell, and fixed palm-shelf. The grip has even handling wear in the textured areas. The smooth areas have some scattered light marks and a few spots of adhesive residue from masking tape. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the installed grip is in Very Good-plus condition.
An additional textured, countoured wood target grip is included which has thumb-shelf, palm-swell, and an adjustable palm-shelf. The additional grip shows little sign of handling, but does have a few light marks in the smooth areas. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the additional grip is in Fine-plus condition.

Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The bore is mostly bright with sharp rifling. There is infrequent minor erosion in the bore, mostly at the muzzle-end, and a little stubborn fouling. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 8+/10.
Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 96% of its metal finish. The finish is generally strong throughout with some minor edge thinning, scattered tiny marks, and operational wear. There is wear in the grooves on the top of the frame from installing/removing optics. The screw heads are lightly tool marked with strong slots. The markings are clear. Overall, this pistol is in about Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this pistol. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes in a black plastic Pardini case with the installed Ultra Dot, the additional grip described above, a total of three 5-round magazines, manual, the additional sight inserts, one additional firing pin, and a wrench for barrel removal.
Our Assessment: In 1972 Giampiero Pardini, an Italian mechanic and racing driver, began producing his own pistols for competition target shooting. He was so successful and had so many individual request to make pistols that he started the Pardini firm in 1976. To this very day, his firm continues to excel in the quality of their designs and production
This is an example of their Standard Pistol, designed for 25m competition. The pistol looks like it has seen some use, but could stand to see some more. It retains a strong bore, good mechanics, and comes with a nice set of accessories for a 25m standard Pistol competitor. Please see our photos and good luck!
