Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights. The top of the barrel is mounted with a two-piece scope base carrying a Leupold 12X scope with a simple duplex reticle, covered turrets, and objective mounted parallax. The light transmission is good and the sight picture is clear. Overall the scope is in Very good condition.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture set is a two piece checkered walnut with capped semi-pistol grip, fluted straight comb, and red Ruger rubber butt pad. The LOP measures 13 5/8″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the butt pad. The forend is a round profile tapered forend. The forend shows two notable compressions on the belly and a series of small surface level lines. The stock shows a few small lines near the toe. The butt pad shows very minor wear. There are no visible chips or cracks. Overall the furniture set is in Very Good+ condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. The crown is clean. This rifle appears unfired outside of factory testing. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its original metal finish. The balance of the finish shows no notable signs of wear. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. The block has some stains from old oil that should be removable with a proper cleaning. Overall, this rifle rates in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly, as does the tang safety. The lever lockup is strong. The trigger has a crisp and clean break. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
