Sights / Optics: The front sight is a beaded blade dovetailed to a serrated ramped base screwed to the front of the barrel and slotted for a hood (included). The rear sight is a u notch leaf with riser, dovetailed to the barrel. The top of the receiver is mounted with a Bushnell 1.3.4 Banner Scope. The sight picture is clear.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is one piece smooth walnut with capped semi-pistol grip, fluted raised comb, checkered Marlin plastic buttplate and two sling studs front and rear. The LOP measures 13.75″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. There are very few compression marks and light scratches scattered about the stock. The right side of the stock in front of the bottom metal has a more prominent dent. Overall, the stock rates in about Fine condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is mostly bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion on the bore. There is light lead fouling down the length. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 95% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows a light amount of handling and storage wear. The barrel has turned a patina. There are some light scratches on the barrel and receiver. The screw heads range from sharp to tool marked with strong slots. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle is in about Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions smoothly and correctly. This rifle has a safety lever located on the right side next to the trigger. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with one 4rd .256 Win Mag Magazine in Very Good condition. This rifle comes with 2 boxes of .256 Win Mag and a reloading set. (The ammo will be sent separately) The reloading set can be sent with the gun.

This example is in Fine condition, retaining about 95% of its finish with only light signs of handling and storage wear.
