Choke: This shotgun is threaded for Browning Invector chokes. Currently installed with Modified over Improved Cylinder.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a small silver bead secured to the rib. The rib is finely checkered for reducing glare.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The checkered grade 2/3 wood furniture set includes a thin profile Schnabel forend and a straight hand English style stock with a straight comb and a Browning butt plate. The length of pull is 14.25”, the drop at comb is 1.5” and the drop at heel is 2”. The cast is neutral. The wood shows scattered very light surface level lines and small compressions. There is a notable marr, a small compression on the left side of the nose of the forend. There are no visible chips but the forend shows several cracks that have been expertly repaired on the left side near the rear. The butt plate shows rub marks from use. Overall the furniture set appears in Excellent condition however with the repaired cracks it is in Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bores are mirror bright with no erosion. There are very minor lines from use and only minor plastic fouling in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bores rate 9.75/10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. The barrel set shows some minor scattered marks with rub wear on the lower barrel from the forend that is concealed when assembled. The gold trigger shows some minor finish loss. The receiver has some surface hairlines common with this type of finish. The markings are clear and the pins are un-marred. The shotgun is visually in Very Good condition however Please see the mechanics section…
Mechanics: The right side ejector hammer will not lock back and stay back during cycling. This may be due to the repair in the forend. We tried to manually lock the hammer back and we were unable to do so. The shotgun will need to be repaired to restore it to full functionality. The shotgun still cycles correctly but only one ejector functions correctly. The safety does not engage automatically, only manually. The barrels lock to the frame with no play. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
