Sights / Optics: The front sight is a serrated brass bead blade dovetailed to the barrel. The rear sight is a u-notch semi-buckhorn elevator sight dovetailed to the barrel. The tang is drilled, tapped, and filled for a tang sight (none present). 

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two piece checkered walnut with straight grip, fluted straight comb, steel crescent buttplate, schnabel tip forend, and two sling studs front and rear. There are no chips or cracks.There is no handling wear.The LOP is just under 13 3/8” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. Overall the stock set is in Fine condition.         

Type of Finish: Blued, Case Color lever and receiver.

Finish Originality: Original 

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows little to no operation wear. The case color is strong and vibrant. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall this rifle is in Excellent condition. 

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with its factory box, owner’s manual, paperwork, and gun lock.

This example is in outstanding condition, retaining about 99% of its finish with a bore that rates a perfect 10/10 and vivid case coloring on the receiver and lever.
