Markings: The right side of the receiver is marked, “m4 Y069954G BENELLI-ITALY”. The BCG is marked, “BENELLI ARMI SYSTEM” with proof marks. The right side of the barrel is marked, “12 GA 3” – 76mm – FOR 2 ¾” OR 3” SHELLS READ OWNERS MANUAL BEFORE USING GUN TM69259Z”. The right side of the rear sight is marked, “LPA ITALY”. The left side of the barrel is marked, “BENELLI ARMI S.P.A. – URBINO – MADE IN ITALY”. The left side of the receiver is marked, “BENELLI U.S.A. CORP.-ACCOKEEK MD.-MADE IN ITALY” with proof marks. The buttpad is marked, “Benelli”. The proofs on the receiver and barrel include the date code “CL” for 2013 The stock is marked “MESA TACTICAL COSTA MESA USA” on the right and top. The shell carrier is marked “MESA TACTICAL RENO NEVADA USA”. Both rail covers are marked “ERGO GRIP”. The hand stop is marked “GEAR”. The flashlight mount is marked “LARUE”.

Choke: Threaded for interchangeable chokes with Modified currently installed.
Sights / Optics: The rear sight is an adjustable Ghost-Ring. The front sight is a white dotted adjustable post protected by two protective wings. The top of the receiver is fitted with a Trijicon RMR mounted. The entire setup is in excellent condition.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are black synthetic with a cheek riser, rubber buttpad, a sling mount on both sides of the stock, serrated pistol grip, rail system forend, and a sling mount on the magazine tube. There is another sling mount where the stock meets the receiver. The LOP is 12.5” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. There is some very light wear on the buttstock. There are no chips or cracks. The stock rates in Excellent condition.
Modifications: The forend was swapped to a B&T quad rail handguard. Mounted on it is a Surefire KM1-D and a Insight Technology CVL Carbine Visible Laser. Both attachments are wired to a Surefire dual pressure pad. There is a Trijicon RMR mounted to a rail on top of the receiver, the red dot does not turn on and likely needs new batteries. The stock was swapped to a Mesa Tactical stock with cheek riser and shell carrier. A QD sling attachment point was also added to the shell tube. All of these aftermarket parts are in excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright. There is no visible erosion. There is some light streaks present. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows minimal operation wear. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
