Markings: The right side of the frame is marked “Caspian Arms LTD / Hardwick VT USA” and the serial number “19209”. Additional markings may be present on internal components.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a serrated blade integeral to the barrel. The rear sight is a fully adjustable target sight dovetailed to the slide. The sight picture is sharp and clean.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two-piece textured black G10 panels with beveled bottoms. There are no cracks or chips. The texture remains aggressive and functional. The grips rate in about Excellent overall condition. The frontstrap is checkered and the mainspring housing is grooved for enhanced grip.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: Two stainless steel 10-round .38 Super magazines in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 96% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows faint operational wear on the barrel hood, slide rails, and around the compensator ports. There are some minor scuffs and handling marks on the frame and slide flats. The screw heads are sharp. The pins are clean. The markings are sharp. Overall, this pistol rates in about Fine-Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The slide-to-frame fit is tight and smooth. The trigger breaks cleanly with minimal creep. We did not fire this pistol. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
