Markings: The left side of the slide is marked “F.B. RADOM VIS Mod.35 Pat. Nr. 15567″ and “P.35(p)”. The right side of the frame is marked with the serial number “B2670.” The left side of the frame has various German inspection and proof marks. All serialized parts are matching. The grips have the FB Radom logo molded into the plastic.
Barrel Length: 4 5/8”
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a fixed blade. The rear sight is a v-notch dovetailed into the rear of the slide.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The pistol has black checkered synthetic grips with the FB Radom logo. The grips show minor handling wear with no cracks or chips. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: One 8-round single-stack magazine in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is light visible erosion in the bore and there is stubborn fouling throughout. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 97% of its original finish. There is thinning and edge wear throughout, with scattered handling marks and light surface wear. The markings are sharp and legible. Overall, this pistol rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this pistol. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: The Radom VIS 35 is one of the finest military pistols produced during World War II, known for its excellent ergonomics, robust construction, and smooth operation. Designed by the Polish engineers Piotr Wilniewczyc and Jan Skrzypinski, the VIS 35 was initially issued to Polish forces before falling into German hands during the invasion of Poland in 1939. The Germans continued production under occupation, marking these pistols with “P.35(p)” to denote their service in the Wehrmacht.
This particular example is in Very Good condition, retaining a strong bore and a good amount of its original blued finish. It features the correct wartime markings and a period-correct magazine. These pistols are highly desirable among collectors due to their historical significance and exceptional craftsmanship.
