Markings: On the left side of the barrel it says “PYTHON .357 357 MAGNUM.” On the right side of the barrel it says “Colt’s MFG. HARTFORD, CT USA.” On the right side of the frame it has the serial number “RA341110.” The revolver is custom engraved by DF Arms with intricate snakeskin and scroll engraving covering the frame, cylinder, and barrel flats.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade pinned to the front of the rib. The rear sight is a square notch adjustable for windage and elevation in a base pinned to the top-strap.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are a premium pair of Rosewood grips selected and specially crafted for this edition with gold-colored Colt medallions. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips are in Like-New condition.
Type of Finish: Engraved stainless steel
Finish Originality: Original.
Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is some light erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This revolver retains about 99% of its finish. There are minimal imperfections. There is a light turn line on the cylinder. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this gun rates in Like-New condition.
Mechanics: The lock-up on this revolver is solid, with minimal play when the trigger is depressed. The action functions correctly. We have not fired this revolver. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
