Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade that is integral to the slide. The rear sight is a square notch adjustable for elevation and windage. The adjustable insert is missing.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are textured plastic panels. There is light handling wear present. There are no chips or cracks. The grips rate in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 95% of its original stainless finish. The balance of the finish shows light operational wear. The screw heads are sharp. The pins are clean. The markings are sharp. Overall, this pistol rates in about Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this pistol. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: The AMT Hardballer Longslide is one of the most iconic stainless steel 1911 variants ever produced. With its full 7-inch slide and barrel, this model gained serious notoriety after appearing in the hands of Arnold Schwarzenegger in The Terminator (1984). The longer sight radius and added weight up front offer practical advantages for target shooters and collectors alike.
Built entirely from stainless steel, the Hardballer Longslide stood out during a time when most 1911 pistols were still blued carbon steel. The extended length and distinctive ribbed slide are unmistakable, and the adjustable sights provide fine-tuning potential for precision shooting.
