Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “MATCH TARGET” with the Bullseye target emblem. The left side of the frame is marked “THE WOODSMAN.” The right side of the slide is marked “COLT AUTOMATIC CAL. .22 LONG RIFLE” followed by the Rampant Colt logo. The left side of the trigger guard front bow is marked with the “VP” proof in an inverted triangle, and the right side is marked “99.” The serial number “MT1501” is located on the butt of the frame.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is an adjustable blade on a ramp. The rear sight is a fully adjustable square notch.
