Action Type: Semi-Automatic gas operated pistol fed by a 7 round detachable magazine.
Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “50AE”. The left side of the slide is marked “DESERT EAGLE PISTOL MADE IN USA”. The right side of the slide is marked “MAGNUM RESEARCH INC. PILLAGER, MN USA”. The right side of the frame is marked “DK0061554”.
Barrel Length: 6″ with integrated muzzle brake.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a simple black blade dovetailed to the barrel. The rear sight is a blacked out square notch sight dovetailed to the slide. The top of the barrel has a 3.5” picatinny rail for the mounting of an optic.
Grip Configuration & Condition: The grips are a two piece Magnum Research branded, Hogue textured, rubberized grip set screw set to the frame. The grips show virtually no signs of wear or marks. Overall the grips are in Excellent to Like New condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: One 7-round magazine is included. The magazine is in Excellent condition, showing minimal wear and smooth operation.

Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. This pistol appears unfired outside of factory testing. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This pistol retains 99% of its metal finish. There is some minor rub wear present in the finish under the safety and on the fiction surfaces of the frame. The marks on the frame are concealed when the slide is in battery. The magazine well shows some minor rub wear as well. The markings are clear and the screw heads are sharp. Overall the pistol is in Like New condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The slide, trigger, and safety operate smoothly. We did not fire this pistol. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol includes a Magnum Research case with a missing left side latch, the magazine, gun sock, manual, tool, DVD, and paperwork.
Our Assessment: This Desert Eagle Mark XIX in .50 Action Express (AE) with a 6-inch barrel and integrated muzzle brake is the flagship of Magnum Research’s iconic large caliber handgun line. Finished in matte black and fitted with Hogue grips for better control, this model delivers the full experience of the famously powerful pistol while offering improved shootability through recoil mitigation. The integrated muzzle brake is especially important with the .50 AE cartridge, which generates tremendous muzzle energy and recoil. The 7 round magazine capacity is impressive for a handgun firing such a massive round, making it one of the most powerful semi-automatic pistols in regular production.
