Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “REMINGTON 700” and “C6697560.” The top of the heavy stainless barrel is marked “KODIAK PRECISION.” The SureFire muzzle brake is marked “7.62 SF” and is a SureFire SOCOM QD (Quick Detach) model, compatible with SOCOM-series suppressors.

Sights / Optics: No iron sights are installed. A set of 1 1/8” scope rings is mounted to the receiver, ready for your preferred optic.
Grip Configuration & Condition: The rifle is installed in a McMillan A-3 tactical fiberglass stock, a lightweight variation of the A-2 sniper stock. The forend is 0.312″ shallower top-to-bottom for improved stability off bags or rests. The stock is in Excellent condition with minimal signs of use, no cracks or structural issues.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: Internal magazine with hinged floorplate, in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, sharp, and clean with strong rifling and minimal fouling. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9.5/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains approximately 98% of its original finish. There are only minor handling marks on high-contact areas. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are crisp and clear. Overall, the rifle rates in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The bolt cycles smoothly and locks up tightly. The trigger breaks cleanly, and the SureFire muzzle brake is properly installed and ready for suppressor use. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
