Our Assessment: The F.B. Radom VIS Mod. 35 is widely regarded as one of the finest military pistols of WWII, blending the design influence of the Colt 1911 and the Browning Hi-Power into a robust, single-action sidearm adopted by the Polish military and later used extensively by the German Wehrmacht. The early war models like this 1940-dated example are particularly desirable due to their quality of machining and higher finish standards before wartime shortcuts became common.
This pistol is marked with German occupation Waffenamt stamps, confirming its use by N@zi forces following the invasion of Poland. It features fully matching numbers and retains a strong percentage of its original finish, making it a solid representative example of early wartime production. The sharp markings and clean bore only add to its collector appeal.
Complete with two original-style magazines and a period leather holster, this VIS 35 is an excellent acquisition for collectors of WWII firearms, Radom pistols, or German occupation sidearms. Whether you are a historical arms enthusiast or a seasoned collector, this one offers value, originality, and functionality in one legendary package.
