Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “Weatherby .30-378 Wby. Mag.” The left side of the receiver is marked “MARK V” and “Weatherby / Paso Robles CA.” The serial number “PB051449” is marked on the right rear of the receiver.
Barrel Length: 26″. 28″ with installed muzzle brake. Fluted profile.
Sights / Optics: There are no iron sights present. The top of the receiver is drilled and tapped with two-piece scope bases installed for optic mounting.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a factory camouflage synthetic with a semi-pistol grip, raised comb, and integral cheek piece. It is fitted with a black rubber buttpad. The LOP measures 13 5/8” from the front of the trigger to the back of the pad. There are a few minor surface scuffs and handling marks on the camo finish, but no chips, cracks, or losses are noted. The stock rates in about Fine-Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 96% of its original metal finish. The balance of the finish shows only light handling marks and faint thinning on the bolt knob and edges of the receiver. The fluted barrel and muzzle brake are clean with no major wear noted. The screw heads are sharp. The pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
