Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are checkered black synthetic panels with Colt’s iconic Rampant Colt medallions. The grips are free of cracks or significant damage, with only light handling marks. The checkering remains sharp, and the grips rate in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no visible erosion. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This revolver retains about 98% of its nickel finish. The balance of the finish shows minimal handling wear, with some very light surface marks visible under close inspection. There is no notable pitting, oxidation, or flaking of the nickel plating. The screw heads are unmarred, and the pins are clean. The markings are sharp and well-defined. Overall, this revolver rates in Excellent condition.
