Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “HK / MP5 / CAL. 22 L.R. HV”. The top of the receiver is marked “LICENSED TRADEMARK OF / HECKLER & KOCH INC.” and “HK MP5”. The right side of the receiver is marked “US IMPORTER WALTHER ARMS FORT SMITH, AR”, “WG022082 / MADE BY / CARL WALTHER / GERMANY” and with a warning to read the safety manual. The right side of the receiver has a metal plaque which has a proof mark and the serial number. The receiver above the ejection port inside the plastic outer casing is marked with several proof marks, the “BE” date code (2014) and the serial number. The bolt is also marked with a proof mark and the serial number.
Barrel Length: The barrel, which is covered with a fake suppressor, is 16” in length.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a shrouded blade. The rear sight is a rotating sight with four different apertures of varying sizes. The sight can be moved side-side for windage adjustment. The top of the receiver has mount points for HK MP5-style clamp-mounts.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The pistol grip is black synthetic, with a tapered, flat-bottomed black synthetic forend and a collapsing PDW-style stock with aggressive checkering on the buttplate. There are no major defects, just light handling marks. The LOP from the front of the trigger to the rear of the buttplate is 12 1/2″ when fully extended and 6 1/2″ when collapsed. The checkering in the buttplate is sharp and shows no mars. The stocks rate in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its metal finish. There are no major defects, just light handling marks. The pins do not show much sign of disassembly and the markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. There is an ambidextrous safety located above the grip on each side of the receiver. We have not fired this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with a total of one 10-round magazine and a serial matching box.
Our Assessment: This is a semi-automatic carbine chambered in .22 L.R. that looks very similar to the famous H&K MP5-A5 submachine gun with a shroud over the last 8″ of its barrel which looks like a suppressor. This one was manufactured by Carl Walther in 2014 and imported by Walther Arms. The rifle comes with a 10-round magazine and is in about Excellent condition. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and no erosion. This will make a great gun for playing Rambo and for general all-around shooting fun. Use the existing iron sights or mount optics on its clamp mount points. Please see our photos and good luck!
