Markings: The left side of the slide is marked “SI”, “SARDIUS / INDUSTRIES / LIMITED” and “SD9 / CAL. 9mm. PARA / MADE IN ISRAEL”. The top of the slide is marked “ARMSCORP BALTO, MD”. The right side of the slide “9mm. X 19”. The right side of the chamber is marked “9mm x 19” and “P”. The right side of the frame is marked with the serial number.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a ramped blade with a recessed white dot and is dovetailed into the slide. The rear sight is a flat-topped square notch with two recessed white dots and is dovetailed into the slide.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two-piece textured plastic panels that enclose the grip frame. The grips have one or two shallow scrapes which blend into the texturing. The most noticeable defect is on the right side behind the finger relief cut. There are no chips or cracks. The grips rate in about Fine Plus-Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 95% of its metal finish. There are some light rubs and scuffs. There is some thinning on the edges and corners, most noticeable on the right side of the slide. The top of the slide appears to have been touched up around the rear sight. There are a few little nicks. There is thinning on the controls. There are some spots of discoloration from previous oxidation on the chamber. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are strong and visible. Overall, this handgun rates in about Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included is a 7-round magazine in Fine condition with a bit of finsih loss on contact points and some light discoloration.
Our Assessment: This is an affordable no-frills handgun that is ready to be there when you need it most. It is a simple DAO blowback design with little to go wrong. These were imported for only about two years which is why not too many have been seen. The pistol is constructed mainly of thick stamped steel which helps to tame the recoil of the 9mm cartridge along with the dual recoil spring which is needed due to being straight blowback. While it won’t be winning any beauty contests any time soon, 7 rounds of 9mm is nothing to sneer at in a self-defense scenario. This one looks to have seen standard use and is ready for its next trip to the range. Please see our photos and good luck!
