Mechanics: The action functions correctly; the slide retracts, the magazine drops free and the hammer and trigger operate correctly, although we have not test-fired this gun. The safety also functions as a decocking lever. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes with its factory box, one magazine, and a Walther tIn with a oil jar and rag in it.
Our Assessment: The Walther PPK is one of those timeless designs that just seems to get better with age. In truth, this pistol is so well designed, and features so many innovative and useful features, that it is still considered one of the premier self-defense/pocket pistols available today. This one is chambered in the useful .380 ACP Caliber, which, with modern loadings, makes a fine round for trail use, plinking, or even self defense round, especially when no larger pistol will fit anywhere without showing. This one is in Excellent condition, showing some trigger time but still retaining a strong bore and mechanics. Please see our photos and good luck on your bid! – C.M.
