Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “ZASTAVA ARMS / MADE IN SERBIA”. The bolt is marked “Z70-109431”. The right side of the receiver is marked “ZASTAVA ARMS USA / DES PLAINES IL” “MDL:ZPAPM70 / CAL 7.62X39MM” “READ OWNERS / MANUAL BEFORE USE”. The right side of the extended handguard is marked with Zastava logo and Moe logo.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is an adjustable post. The rear sight is an adjustable tangent “u” notch. Attached to the Zastava picatinny rail is a Swampfox Trihawk sight.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a two piece synthetic and a custom Zastava extended metal handguard. The synthetic pistol grip is a checkered handguard. The buttstock is a foldable adjustable stock with rubber buttpad. The LOP measures 12” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The stock rates in about Excellent condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: One 30 round Pmag in excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows little to no handling and operation wear. There are a few light scratches throughout. The screw heads are sharp and serviceable and the pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. This rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with a custom Zastave extended handguard, UTG scope mount, Swampfox Trihawk scope, Magpul pistol grip and stock.
Our Assessment: This Zastava ZPAP M70 presents as a well-equipped, modern AK-pattern rifle in Excellent overall condition. The receiver and bolt markings are crisp and correct, and the metal finish is about 99% intact with only a few light handling marks. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and rates a 10/10 in this writer’s opinion. The rifle benefits from several useful upgrades — a Zastava extended metal handguard, UTG scope mount, and a Swampfox Trihawk sight — and it comes with one 30-round PMAG in excellent condition. The folding, adjustable stock and Magpul pistol grip make this a highly functional, compact platform with a comfortable 12″ LOP.
Mechanically the action cycles and locks up correctly on inspection; we did not fire the rifle. Confirm optic and muzzle-device fitment before mounting additional accessories. Overall, this ZPAP M70 is a clean, ready-to-use example of a modern Zastava AK in Excellent condition and will serve well for range use, training, or as the basis for further customization.
