Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “Cal 9.3×62”. The left side of the receiver is marked “Zastava – Serbia.” The right side of the barrel is marked “LK M70.” The right side of the receiver is marked with the serial number “85728.” Additional proof marks and inspection markings may be present.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a hooded blade mounted to a raised ramped base. The rear sight is an adjustable tangent leaf sight dovetailed into the barrel. The receiver is grooved for scope mounting.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one-piece checkered walnut with a Monte Carlo comb, a cheekpiece, a capped pistol grip, and a rubber buttpad. There are some minor handling marks and finish wear but no significant cracks or chips. The checkering is well-defined. The LOP measures 14 3/8” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The stock rates in about Very Good overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore but there is stubborn fouling throughout. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 8.5/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 90% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows light handling wear, with some thinning on the bolt handle and minor wear on the high edges. The floorplate and trigger guard show some finish thinning. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
