Markings: The left side of the slide is marked ” (H) “, “FABRIQUE NATIONALE D’ARMES DE GUERRE HERSTAL BELGIQUE / BROWNING’S PATENT DEPOSE”, with an Eagle clutching swastika German Army Acceptance mark and with two “Eagle / WaA140” Waffenamts. The left side of the frame is marked with an Eagle clutching Swastika and an “Eagle / WaA140”. The right side of the frame, slide and slide extension , the bottom of the slide, and the barrel at the port are marked “43300a”. The barrel at the port is also marked with an Eagle clutching Swastika.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a rounded bladed fixed to the top of the slide extension. The rear sight is a “V” notch dovetailed into the top of the slide.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two-piece checkered walnut panels. The grips have no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. The checkering is well defined. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips are in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is mostly bright with sharp rifling. There is infrequent minor erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 95% of its metal finish. The finish is thinning at some edges. There are a few scattered light marks, most notable is finish wear at the front of the slide extension. The action shows light operational wear. The screw head is tool marked with a strong slot. The markings are mostly clear, some of the waffenamts are poorly struck. Overall, this pistol is in about Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The pistol has a magazine disconnect, a frame mounted safety and a grip safety. We did not fire this handgun. We did not fire this pistol. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes with a total of two 9-round magazines and a black leather holster. One magazine has “FN” in oval over “7,65MM” on the right of the body with a faded marking that appears to be the same on the left, showing minor operational wear, intact feed lips and a strong spring in about Fine condition. The second magazine is marked “-F.N- / 7,65M/M” on the right, showing more notable wear and some scattered surface oxidation, intact feed lips and a strong spring, in about Good-plus condition. The holster has scattered wear with intact stitching, in about Good-Very Good condition.
