Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “WINCHESTER MODEL 94AE CAL. 30-30 WIN. / –MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CONN. U.S.A. WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL”. The bottom of the receiver is marked “0564 of 1000”, 6519071”, “A&A ENGRAVING INC. / RAPID CITY, SD”, “AMERICA REMEMBERS AHL INC. ASHLAND, VA”, and “ELVIS, ELVIS PRESLEY, GRACELAND, and TCB are Registered Trademarks of Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. 1998 E.P.E., INC.”. The top tang is marked “OFFICIAL E.P.E PRODUCT”, and “TCB” with a lightning bolt. The left side of the receiver is marked “THE KING OF ROCK & ROLL” with an engraving of Elvis and floral scrollwork. The right side of the receiver is marked “Elvis & Graceland”, with floral scrollwork and engravings of Elvis. Both sides of the trigger guard/lever feature scroll engraving as well.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a brass beaded blade, dovetailed to a serrated ramp, screwed to the barrel, with a gold plated hood. The rear sight is a U-notch sight with a white triangle aiming reference on a riser, dovetailed to the barrel.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are a two-piece, laser-etched walnut, with a straight grip, straight comb, checkered plastic buttplate, and a forend with a gold plated barrel band. The forend is laser etched with “Elvis Presley” in cursive on both the right and left sides, surrounded by scrollwork. The buttstock is laser etched with scrollwork on both sides of the wrist. The LOP measures 13 5/8″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. The stocks show minimal wear, with only faint handling marks present. The stock’s finish is strong throughout. The stocks fit the frame tightly, with no play. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the stocks rate in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore. The bore appears unfired. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99%+ of its original metal finish. The balance of the finish shows minimal wear, with only some minor superficial handling marks present. The bluing is deep and dark throughout. All of the markings and engravings are visible, vivid, detailed and legible. The screw heads are sharp. The pins are unmarred. Overall, this rifle rates in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle, but we did perform a mechanic’s check. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Released as a limited run (this example is #564 of 1000), the commemorative program marries Winchester’s classic 1894 action with period styling and concert-quality engraving by A&A Engraving — complete with Elvis motifs, TCB markings, and gold-plated trim that make this rifle an instantly recognizable collector piece.
Chambered in .30-30 Winchester, the classic smokeless-powder deer cartridge introduced in the 1890s, the Model 94 remains the archetype of the short-range lever rifle: controllable, effective, and timeless in silhouette and function.
