Our Assessment: The Winchester Model 94 Wyoming Jubilee Commemorative was introduced in 1965 to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Wyoming’s statehood (1890–1965). Built on the classic Model 94 carbine platform in .30-30 Winchester, it features commemorative markings, a brass saddle ring and loading gate, and vivid case-colored receiver accents that set it apart from standard production carbines. With its 20” barrel, tubular magazine, and iconic Winchester lever action, it retains the practical handling qualities of the standard Model 94 while standing out as a striking tribute rifle.
This example remains in excellent condition, showing minimal handling wear with sharp markings, vibrant case colors, and a flawless bore. While the rear sight leaf is broken away, the rifle otherwise presents beautifully and functions correctly. Now C&R eligible, it holds appeal both as a collectible Winchester commemorative and as a functional lever-action .30-30. For Winchester enthusiasts, commemorative collectors, or those with ties to Wyoming history, this Model 94 Wyoming Jubilee is a handsome and meaningful addition.
