Markings: The left of the barrel is marked “WINCHESTER MODEL 94 30-30 WIN. / MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CONN. U.S.A. WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL”, the top at the rear has an ovalled “WP” proof. The “WP” proof is also marked on the top of the chamber ring. The bottom of the receiver is marked with the serial number at the front. The right of the barrel is marked “Limited Edition II by Winchester” in gold. The receiver has scroll engraving with game scenes on the sides and the engraving motif continues on the lever and hammer. The top tang is marked “MODEL 1894 / WINCHESTER”.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a beaded blade dovetailed to the front of the barrel. The rear sight is a square notch buckhorn leaf and elevator sight with white diamond aiming reference dovetailed to the rear of the barrel. The notch is fine adjustable for elevation and can be reversed to present a V-notch.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece checkered select walnut with banded forend, straight grip, straight comb and steel crescent buttplate. The stocks have no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. The checkering is sharp. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 13 1/4″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. The plate has no notable wear or damage. Overall, the stocks are in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 97% of its metal finish. The recessed portions of the game scenes on the sides of the receiver show some discoloration which should clean up, but give a nice depth and detail to the scenes. The action shows very minor operational wear. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle is in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The rifle has a half-cock safety and a lever safety. We have not fired this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes in a wood display case with blue-lined French-fit interior, leather “Winchester” banner on the inside of the lid, and a wood lidded accessory compartment which holds a key for the case. The case has minor storage wear on the exterior with faint wear on the interior from the contents, in about Fine condition.
