The checkering and lettering are well defined. Overall, the grip is in about Good condition.

Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 70% of its metal finish. The finish is thinning at all edges. There is light finish wear scattered throughout with more notable wear in the grip areas. The worn areas show minor surface oxidation. There are scattered minor nicks, scuffs and scratches throughout. The screw head is tool marked with a strong slot. The markings are clear. Overall, this pistol is in about Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The magazine does not properly engage the slide stop when empty. Otherwise, the action functions correctly. The double action trigger pull is a little stiff and the single action pull has a smooth takeup followed by a light, crisp break. This pistol has a decocker safety. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes with a single 7-round magazine marked with a Walther banner logo and “PPK 7.62mm” at the bottom on the left. The magazine shows light operational wear, intact feed lips and a strong spring, in about Very Good-plus condition.
Our Assessment: This is a German manufactured Walther PPK chambered for .32 ACP (7.65mm Browning). Walther’s PP series has had an interesting and circuitous production history, being made in Germany, France, America, and back to Germany. This pistol is a WWII vintage German commercial made PPK in Very Good condition. The pistol shows wear consistent with its age, retaining about 70% of its metal finish, a nice bore, strong mechanics, and some damage to the grip. If you want a small pistol for concealed carry or if you have small hands that won’t fit around a grip with a double stack magazine, this is a quality pistol that is great for concealed carry. It’s also a great addition to a collection for those looking for a wartime production German commercial made PPK. Please see our photos and good luck!
