Markings: The left side of the slide is marked “MANUFACTURE DE MACHINES / DU HAUT-RHIN”, with a Manurhin logo over “Made In France”, and “LIC. EXCL. WALTHER / MOD. PPK Cal. 7.65mm”. The left inner portion of the slide is hand scribed with the serial number. The top inner portion of the slide is marked “Z” and “S”. The right side of the frame and the right of the barrel are each marked with a Mulhouse proof mark. The right of the frame is marked with the serial number “500204”.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade integral to the slide. The rear sight is a “U”-notch dovetailed to the rear of the slide. The top of the slide has a full-length rib which is serrated to reduce glare.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grip is one-piece checkered brown plastic Manurhin panels. The grips have some scattered light wear and show some discoloration from age. The checkering is well defined, generally sharp. Overall, the grips are in about Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is well defined. There is no erosion.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 96% of its current metal finish. The finish is generally strong throughout. There are some scattered minor nicks and some thinning at the leading edges of the frame. The action shows minor operational wear and there is light wear on the lanyard ring installed on the butt. The screw head is sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this pistol is in about Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. This pistol has a de-cocker safety mounted on the left-rear of the slide. The double action trigger pull is smooth and the single action pull is crisp. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes in a two-piece Walther box with one eight round magazine with brown plastic extended floorplate.
Our Assessment: Because of the Gun Control Act of 1968, importation of the Walther PPK was disallowed. This PPK lacks an import mark, which indicates pre-68 manufacture and importation. This pistol is in about Fine condition with about 96% of its original finish remaining. The bore is bright with well defined rifling and no erosion. If you want a small pistol for concealed carry or if you have small hands that won’t fit around a grip with a double stack magazine, this is a quality pistol that is great for concealed carry.
