Our Assessment: Back in 1948, Erich Voetter and his partner Paul Restle started a metal processing company that was called KOMA. As their business grew and expanded, they realized the company name was being used in various industries and decided to change the name to VOERE, a combination of each other’s last names. In 1965, the company acquired the failing company Sportwaffen Tyrol and with that, entered the bolt action hunting rifle market. Among these bolt action rifles was the Titan II, which is on display here. This rifle was manufactured in 1979 and is chambered for 30-06. This rifle is in great shape and doesn’t seem to have seen much use in its lifetime. It comes equipped with a two piece rail and just needs a scope. Please see our photos and good luck!
