Markings: The bottom of the receiver is marked “TriStar”. The sides of the receiver, top of the receiver, and top of the lever have scroll engraving. The top of the release also has a decorative medallion engraving. The top of the forend iron is marked “19N9650” and the forend is stamped “650”.

The Over-Under barrel is marked with “TriStar – NKC – MO” on the left of the upper barrel and “TT-15 DT 12 Ga 2 ¾ Inch / Made in Turkey by Khan”. The bottom behind the forend lug is marked “Buyuk Huglu Silah San.” and the bottom of the monobloc is marked with the serial number “19N9650”.

The UnSingle barrel is marked with “TriStar – NKC – MO” on the left of the upper barrel and “TT-15 US 12 Ga 2 ¾ Inch / Made in Turkey by Khan”. The bottom behind the forend lug is marked “Buyuk Huglu Silah San.” and the bottom of the monobloc is marked with the serial number “19N9650”.

Choke: Each barrel is threaded for Removable Mobil chokes. Extended Full, Improved Modified, and Modified are included.

Sights / Optics: Each barrel set has a red fiber optic insert in a base at the front of the rib and a smaller brass mid-bead. Both ribs are serrated for glare reduction.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece checkered walnut with finger-grooved forend, pistol grip with a palm swell for right-handed shooters, adjustable straight comb, and a solid black rubber buttpad mounted to an adjustable aluminum base. The stocks show light handling wear with well-defined checkering. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 13″ from the front of the release trigger to the back of the recoil pad as currently adjusted. As currently adjusted, the drop at the front of the comb is approximately 1 ½” and the drop at heel is approximately 2 1/8″. The drops are consistent across the barrel sets. The cast is about neutral. Overall, the stocks are in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bores are bright. There is no erosion in the bore.

Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 97% of its metal finish. Each barrel set has very faint wear from the forend, concealed when assembled. The action has light operational wear. The receiver shows some light draglines from use and storage. Otherwise, there are only light handling marks. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun is in about Excellent condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The barrels lock up with no play to the receiver. The safety does not engage automatically when the action is opened, but functions properly when engaged manually. We did not fire this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This shotgun comes in a Peak Case Co. case with spacers and a vented-moisture mitigation device filled with silica gel pellets. The case has a hard exterior covered in brown ballistic nylon. The interior is made of foam and is lined with burgundy felt. There are cutouts for both barrels, the stocked receiver, forend, chokes, and two miscellaneous cutouts. The case is in about Excellent condition. There are three pairs of cylindrical spacers measuring ¼”, ½”, and 1”.

Our Assessment: This is quite the set from TriStar! The 34″ Un-Single and 32″ Over/Under barrel sets along with the variety of chokes will allow you to use the same gun for just about any clays game you could want to play. The finish, adjustable high ribs and beautiful styling will let you look good while you do it. The set shows signs of light and responsible use with faint handling and operational wear and the whole set comes in a Peak Case Co. case for storage and transport.
