Markings: The top of the barrel is marked “TAYLOR’S & CO. WINCHESTER VA-A. UBERTI ITALY” and “357 MAG.” at the rear left shoulder near the receiver. The top tang is marked “MODEL 1873” between two motifs, the bottom tang is marked with QR code, “A. UBERTI-ITALY” and the serial number “W81219”. The bottom of the receiver is marked with two proofs and a date code.
Barrel Length: 20” Octagonal
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade dovetailed and screwed to the barrel at the muzzle. The rear sight is an elevation adjustable semi-buckhorn square notch that is dovetailed to the barrel.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece checkered wood with a straight grip, capped forearm, straight comb, and a crescent steel buttplate. The wood shows no major imperfections, only light handling marks. There are no chips or cracks present. The LOP measures 13” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. The plate shows no notable wear or damage. The stocks rate in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore, only some faint fouling.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its original metal finish. The balance of the finish shows no notable wear. The case coloring has faded slightly but is generally strong. There is faint operational wear. The markings are clear. The screw heads are sharp. This rifle rates in about Fine-Excellent overall condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The lever safety and lever lock are present. We have not fired this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes in its original serial matched box. The box shows a few impacts on the back edge from storage. There is a small tear in the front center flap. The box rates in about Very Good condition.
