Sights/Optics: There is a brass bead fixed to the front of the barrel rib. The top of the rib is serrated to reduce glare.
Stock Configuration and Condition: The furniture set is a two-piece wood with checkered capped semi-pistol grip, fluted straight comb, and a RED rubber butt pad. The forend is a checkered thin rounded profile forend. The LOP measures 14” from the front of the trigger to the back of the butt pad. The drop at comb is 1.25” and the drop at heel is 2”. The shotgun weighs 7lbs 2OZ. The wood shows some age from being stored. The wood shows no cracks. There is a very small chip missing from the rear right edge of the forend next to the lever. The butt pad shows very minor rub wear at the heel. The cap for the pistol grip shows some minor surface rust on the edges. Overall the wood and butt pad are in Excellent condition with the cap showing minor surface rust.

Bore Condition: Both bores are very bright and there is no erosion. The barrels show very minor lines in the forcing cones most likely from being test fired and not cleaned afterwards. In this writer’s opinion the bores rate 10/10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 97% of its metal finish. It is this writer’s opinion that this shotgun was purchased and stored in the box from 1980. The original oil is lightly caked throughout the shotgun. The barrel set and receiver have small scattered patches of rust freckling. The bluing shows discoloration in places where the bag was touching it. The monobloc and the ejectors show surface rust freckling. There is rub wear under the safety. The safety selector can be set to safe but currently it is stuck in the over barrel first position this will need to be repaired by a competent gunsmith to restore full function to the firearm. There is visible rust dust around the trigger / receiver gap that may be causing the issue internally. The markings are clear. Overall this shotgun is visually in Very Good+ condition however rates Fair+ due to the surface rust and non functional selector.
Mechanics: The lock up is tight with no play. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your standards.
