Markings: Rear top of the receiver is marked “US RIFLE M1A SPRINGFIELD ARMORY 100733 VME332”. The top of the bolt carrier group is marked “7790186-TRW ZB”. The op rod is marked “VIETNAM WAR COMMEMORATIVE M14”. The stock has an inlaid medallion “REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM SERVICE”.
Barrel Length: 22”, 25” with the classic flash hider.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade set between two protective wings. The rear sight is a fully adjustable aperture sight set between two protective wings.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is the traditional walnut stock with a high gloss finish with sling loops, a 13.25” length of pull and a hinged buttplate with storage in the butt. The stock shows some mild handling wear with surface level lines and some very minor compressions scattered throughout. There are no chips or cracks. Overall the stock is in Excellent condition.

Type of Finish: Blued, 24 karat gold plating and parkerized.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. This rifle appears unfired. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: The rifle is in Excellent to Excellent+ condition. The receiver has turned slightly plum colored from age. There is some barely visible handling wear present.
Mechanics: It appears that the action should function correctly although I did not cycle the action to test the functionality of the rifle and the original zip tie holding the safety and trigger is in place. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle includes the attached leather sling and tag.
