Our Assessment: The .357 Magnum was the king of handgun cartridges for decades and Smith & Wesson made some of the best. This example comes to us from the early ’60s with its finely checkered topstrap and rib, pinned barrel, and recessed chambers. They literally do not make them like this anymore. This revolver has a blued finish, 3 1/2″ barrel, and has had aftermarket grips installed. It is in about Very Good condition with about 90% of its original blue finish and a fantastic bore. The gun is in excellent mechanical shape, it has a nice lockup and nice trigger pulls, this will be a nice shooter for fun at the range. Please see our photos and good luck!
