Our Assessment:

The Smith & Wesson Model 18-4, produced between 1978 and 1979, is a cherished K-Frame revolver chambered in .22 LR, known as the “K-22 Combat Masterpiece.” This model served as a rimfire companion to Smith & Wesson’s centerfire K-Frames, offering a familiar and highly accurate shooting experience. The .22 LR chambering is perfect for both training and small-game hunting, providing low recoil and affordable shooting.

With its red insert front sight, micro-click rear sight, and four-inch pinned barrel, this revolver offers superb accuracy. The overall condition is very good, with only minor high-edge wear, and the bore is in outstanding shape. It’s a fine example of Smith & Wesson craftsmanship from the late 1970s. This revolver will appeal to collectors and enthusiasts alike. So bid high and bid firm. I encourage you to look at the item’s condition in our high-quality photos. Good luck with your bid. -K.F.
