Sights / Optics:  The front sight is a brass beaded blade dovetailed to a ramped base banded to the barrel.  Top of the receiver is mounted with Buehler one piece scope rail with a Weaver Marksman M1”-4x scope with Duplex Crosshiar Reticle.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece smooth walnut with a straight grip, straight comb, serrated metal buttplate, semi-beavertail forend, and sling swivels front and rear.  There are a few small compressions and handling marks on the stocks. The LOP measures 13 1/8? from the front of the trigger to the back of the metal buttplate. The buttplate has a few scattered light marks Overall, the stocks are in about Fine condition for C&R refinished. There are no chips or cracks.

Finish Originality: Refinished

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. There is some minor fouling in the grooves. This writer rates the bore at a 9/10 for C&R.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 80% of its metal refinish. The modern barrel is stainless.  There is some minor pitting under the finish on the receiver particularly on the barrel shank.. There is faint operational wear post refinish. There are some light handling marks. The screw heads are sharp to lightly worn with serviceable slots. The case color is stong.  The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle is in about Fine condition for C&R refinished.
