Our Assessment: The Ruger Precision Rifle was developed to put the same quality and accuracy of much more expensive rifles into the reach of beginners who may not want to take out a second mortgage to build a long-range rifle, while still making it modular for those who want to upgrade parts. The rifle can use most AR-15 handguards and grips, an after-market for barrels quickly sprang up and the RPR has become one of the most popular precision rifles on the market. This example looks to have been purchased and left in the box, with little to no sign of use and coming with just about everything it would brand-new. It is chambered for .308 Winchester, one of the best long-range precision cartridges which should provide excellent performance out of this great rifle. Please see our photos and good luck!
