Markings: The right side of the frame is marked with the serial number “510-38737”. The bottom of the barrel is marked “BEFORE USING GUN-READ WARNINGS IN INSTRUCTION MANUAL AVAILABLE FREE FROM / –STURM, RUGER & CO. SOUTHPORT, CONN. USA–”. The left side of the frame is marked “RUGER NEW VAQUERO / .45 CAL.”. The rear face of the cylinder is marked “S” and the front face is hand scribed “737”.
Barrel Length: 5 1/2”
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a quarter round blade fixed to the barrel. The rear sight is a square notch at the rear of a groove in the top strap.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two-piece white smooth plastic with black-on-white Ruger medallions at their tops. The grips have no major defects, just light handling wear. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips are in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is some stubborn fouling that should remove easily with proper cleaning. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. There are a few scattered light draglines and minimal operational wear. The cylinder has an almost imperceptible turn line and the hammer shows light operational wear. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this revolver is in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The cylinder locks up well with very little side to side play. The trigger is crisp. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This revolver comes in a black plastic Ruger case with serial-matching label and an assortment of factory paperwork including manual, test shells, and a safety lock and key. The case has minor storage wear, in about Fine Plus condition.
CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This handgun CANNOT be transferred as a dealer sale in California. This handgun CANNOT be sold as a Private Party Transfer (PPT) at our Simi Valley shop.
